Before you read any further on booking, please take note of the following:-

1) When I do an advance booking, am I guaranteed of the units?  
Ans: No, especially when there’s a queue system, it’s on a first come first serve basis. Sometimes, it may even be on a balloting system, especially for smaller units that are high in demand and low in supply.

2) If I decide to withdraw my booking, will there be any penalty?  
Ans: No. Before your booking is confirmed, we will call you to inform you on the price. Only when you are firm with the price, then will be officially book the unit for you.

3) Do I get to see the show flat before I decide to confirm on the unit?  
Ans: Yes and no, it all depends on the Developer. Some will allow you to see the showflat during the private preview before confirming your unit. Others may not allow you to see the showflat especially if only a small number of units are released during the pre-launch stage.

So here are the procedures to book your units:
Step 1: Look through the Site Plan first to determine the stack or facing.
Step 2: Select the Floor Plan of your prefered choice unit(s)
Step 3: Fill up the Booking Form. (Call our Sales Hotline for the Booking Form)
Step 4: Cheque(s) should be crossed and made payable to (Leave the amount blank)
Step 5: A Photocopy of the buyers NRIC front and back. For foreigners, photocopy of passport.
